Welcome to the new Highfields Community Association website for the Highfields Centre, Leicester. As this site is very new we welcome any feedback .


As the site develops more sections will come online and a blog section will be developed. To be kept informed of updates you are able to register by going to the logon section.

Winter Arts projects in Music, Photography & Video.

Currently running  @ Highfields Centre

Our state of the art facilities consist of:

  1. • Arts and crafts room

• Digital arts room with 14 iMacs

• Video editing room with two HD Avid editing booths

Women Only Monday & Wednesday  4 - 7 PM. 

Tuesday & Thursday 4 - 7 p.m. -      Friday 6 - 9 p.m. Football Training Saturday Mornings

5 - 8 Yrs olds - 9 - 10 a.m. £1

8 - 11 Yrs olds - 10 -11:30 a.m £1.50

Active Youth

Meets every Thursday evening 7:15 - 9:00 p.m. Advocacy, Representation, Involvement,and Participation are the main areas explored to develop young people of Highfields. Most recent event was the meeting with the Right Honourable Mr Alan Johnson. (Home Secretary)  26th June 2009
